Michele Plachter Design’s home base is in Philadelphia, and it’s rapidly expanding in the Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach Markets.

Founder
Michele is driven by bringing her clients’ dreams to life. With an entrepreneurial spirit, a discerning eye, and a quest to bring more beauty into the world, Michele channeled her natural talents into interior design two decades ago and has never looked back.
Purposeful and conscientious, Michele works directly in all client projects and strategically grows her team with the best and brightest talent in design. She has an ability to decipher her client’s personalities into an external environment, and her work has generated awards in customer service and design.
Kasey Thibodeau
Interior Designer & Project Manager
Kasey brings an irreplaceable set of skills to our interior design firm: specializing in project management and account software. With a sharp mind for organization, Kasey holds a B.Sc. in interior design. Melding both the right and left sides of her brain, interior design is the perfect embodiment of Kasey’s skills and passions. Although she had a hard time deciding, Kasey's favorite projects are the Olde City Loft and Philadelphia Classic.
Diane Begg
Senior Designer & Team Leader
Diane's commitment to design principles, coupled with her notable organizational skills and background in finance, enables her to take a comprehensive approach to each project. She carefully considers all facets of a project throughout its duration- from conceptualization to the final installation- and truly enjoys being in the details. Her creative process is deeply inspired by her surroundings- from city life to coastal towns & international travel. Her favorite project is Bayfront Oasis.
Nicoleta believes in a holistic approach of design , combining client’s visions, the building’s history, the surrounding community and what makes a space home. She draws inspiration from her diverse and international background, past educations, fashion, and her love for travelling. She identifies with Moorestown Modern project where classic meets modern.

Jen Vengerowsky
Operations Manager
Jen is driven by her love of Interior Design and the ability to organize the micro and macro pieces of a project. Jen has a background in Event Planning and Operations Management for bicoastal Design Firms. She brings a unique skillset to the MPD team as she harmonizes both the creative and logical spheres. Jen holds a B.A in Liberal Arts. Her favorite projects are Vero Beach Beauty and Chestnut Hill Estate.
